BALA CYNWYD, PA — Terravet REIT, Inc., managed by Terravet Real Estate Solutions, has announced a $35 million preferred equity investment from Sculptor Diversified REIT, an affiliate of Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. The investment, facilitated through a competitive process by KeyBanc Capital Markets as the Sole Placement Agent, underscores significant institutional confidence in Terravet’s growth strategy and operational track record.
Proceeds from the investment were used to reduce debt, creating greater financial flexibility for Terravet REIT’s ongoing acquisition pipeline and platform expansion.
