BALA CYNWYD, PATerravet Real Estate Solutions has announced the completion of a major investment project supporting the relocation and expansion of The Hernando Animal Clinic & Surgery Center in Hernando, Mississippi. The new facility significantly increases the clinic’s capacity as demand for veterinary services continues to climb in the region.

The total investment—just over $2.1 million—combined a $950,000 building acquisition with $1.235 million in renovations. The project expands the clinic’s footprint from 2,500 square feet to more than three times its original size and modernizes the facility with upgraded infrastructure to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Terravet, which specializes in veterinary real estate, developed the facility in partnership with Innovetive Petcare, the parent company of Hernando Animal Clinic. The project was designed not only to meet current patient demand but to allow for long-term scalability. Notable upgrades include increased exam room capacity, expanded parking, and compliance with ADA accessibility standards. The building also includes space for a future expansion once an existing subtenant vacates.
