BALA CYNWYD, PA — Terravet Real Estate Solutions has purchased a $6 million veterinary facility in Oakdale, California, operated by Oakdale Veterinary Group (OVG).
The 12,861-square-foot property, completed in May 2023, houses a practice that has served the community for more than four decades. As part of the deal, Terravet extended OVG’s lease by 10 years while reducing landlord obligations, ensuring the practice’s continued operations.
“OVG’s new facility is one of the most advanced veterinary properties in the Central Valley, and securing it ensures long-term stability for a practice that has provided trusted care to generations of Oakdale pet owners,” said Daniel Eisenstadt, CEO of Terravet.
The purpose-built center features 10 exam rooms, three surgical suites, CT imaging, advanced treatment areas, and kennels designed without bars, along with outdoor pet spaces and a large lobby.
