PHILADELPHIA, PA — Tendo said Beth Godsey has joined the company as general manager of Tendo Insights, a move aimed at accelerating growth in its quality analytics and artificial intelligence business as hospitals face mounting pressure to turn data into measurable improvement.
In the newly created role, Godsey will lead product strategy and go-to-market execution for Tendo’s Insights unit, helping health systems translate quality and performance data into clear, actionable plans that improve outcomes, efficiency, and financial performance.
Godsey is widely recognized across the healthcare provider community for her work in quality improvement, analytics, and performance management. Her career has focused on helping organizations move beyond rankings and scorecards to drive sustained operational and clinical change.
“Tendo Insights is at an inflection point,” said Jennifer Goldsmith, chief executive officer of Tendo. “Hospitals know their quality scores and rankings—but many still struggle to understand where to start and how to improve. Beth has spent her career solving exactly that problem.”
As general manager, Godsey will focus on expanding the impact of Tendo Insights by aligning data, clinical operations, and workforce intelligence. The goal, the company said, is to help hospitals identify their highest-value improvement opportunities amid staffing shortages, regulatory demands, and heightened scrutiny of quality performance.
Godsey said the role reflects a growing need across healthcare systems for clarity, not just data.
“Health systems are overwhelmed with data, yet still lack clarity on where to focus to improve outcomes and revenue,” she said. “Tendo has built a platform that connects insights directly to action, and that ability to translate quality data into real-world improvement is what drew me here.”
Tendo said Godsey will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure the company’s AI-driven analytics tools deliver measurable return on investment while addressing the operational realities facing hospitals today. The appointment signals Tendo’s intent to deepen its role as healthcare organizations increasingly look for technology that can cut through complexity and drive results.
