LANGHORNE, PA — TEN Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XHLD) said its event-technology subsidiary, Ten Events, has reached a major milestone in developing Ten Events Pro, its next-generation virtual event platform, after forming a new technical partnership with Webinar.net. The collaboration is expected to sharply accelerate product delivery while reducing operating costs and strengthening the company’s financial outlook.
Webinar.net provides cloud-based webinar infrastructure built for enterprise-scale engagement. TEN Holdings said integrating this technology into Ten Events Pro allows the company to fast-track development, introduce advanced features sooner than anticipated, and reduce projected operating expenses in 2026 by an estimated $1.2 million to $1.7 million.
The partnership positions Ten Events to enter the market earlier than originally planned, a move the company believes will drive stronger annual recurring revenue and increase competitiveness in the rapidly expanding corporate virtual events sector.

He emphasized that Ten Events’ production expertise and enterprise customer relationships will help scale Webinar.net’s technology while enhancing Ten Events Pro’s capabilities for large corporate clients.
TEN Holdings identified several advantages stemming from the partnership, including a three-fold increase in development speed, immediate access to key software integrations, and an expanded AI-driven engagement suite designed to boost customer return on investment.
