LANCASTER, PA — Technology Leader Companies and AcuPower announced the launch of a joint venture called ERP App Marketplace to develop and distribute embedded applications for customers and partners using the Acumatica enterprise resource planning platform.
The companies said the new entity will acquire and manage legacy intellectual property developed by AcuPower, which will be assigned to ERP App Marketplace as part of the partnership. The move is intended to speed development timelines and expand the availability of specialized applications within the Acumatica ecosystem.
Technology Leader Companies, founded in 2021 and based in Pennsylvania, provides presales support, marketing services, and implementation consulting for software resellers and enterprise clients working with cloud-based ERP systems.
Company founder Jeremy Potoka said the firm’s work with partners and customers revealed gaps in existing ERP implementations.
“Our close relationship with resellers and end users has given us unique insight into specific ERP gaps that still exist in many implementations,” Potoka said. “Acumatica ERP is such a powerful platform, and this new partnership with AcuPower allows us to deliver key embedded features that help partners close more deals while increasing positive customer outcomes.”
AcuPower, based in the United Kingdom, has focused on building extensions and customizations for Acumatica partners since 2021.
Co-founder Waldre Willemse said the joint venture aims to convert custom solutions into standardized software products.
“We have always believed that well-designed, productized solutions can dramatically reduce implementation effort and risk for partners and customers alike,” Willemse said. “By combining our engineering team with Technology Leader’s market insight and delivery expertise, ERP App Marketplace will be able to bring high-impact, fully supported apps to a much wider audience.”
Yuriy Zaletskyy, another AcuPower co-founder, said the new entity will focus on expanding its development roadmap and delivering applications that can be reused across multiple deployments.
“Our vision with ERP App Marketplace is to turn proven custom solutions into polished, repeatable products that partners can rely on across multiple projects,” Zaletskyy said.
According to the companies, ERP App Marketplace will launch with a set of existing applications and a quarterly development roadmap aimed at adding new features designed to address functional gaps in ERP deployments and improve productivity for Acumatica users.
