HORSHAM, PA — STRATA Skin Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSKN) announced that its Elevate 360 (“E360”) consulting services platform is driving measurable growth among dermatology clinics using the company’s XTRAC excimer laser technology, with the initiative also spurring new clinic partnership agreements.
The E360 program is designed to help clinics maximize revenue opportunities through best practices in marketing, reimbursement, patient scheduling, and retention. According to the company, 99 of the approximately 844 clinics operating under XTRAC usage agreements have adopted E360 since the start of 2025, reporting an average 7% year-over-year revenue increase.
Dr. Dolev Rafaeli, President and CEO of STRATA, said the program was developed to support clinics that often struggled not with medical delivery but with operational execution. “We developed the E360 program to help them better utilize and expand their business operations with a goal to maximize their revenue opportunities and attract and retain patients,” Rafaeli said.
One case study highlighted by the company underscored the platform’s impact. A two-clinic partner generated only $10,500 in revenue for STRATA in the first half of 2024, despite consulting with more than 880 patients eligible for treatment. Operational breakdowns in scheduling and follow-up limited patient conversion. After joining the E360 program in the third quarter of 2024, the partner expanded to nine clinics and reported $61,800 in revenue for STRATA during the first half of 2025.
The program’s success coincides with expanded reimbursement for XTRAC treatments, which now include vitiligo and other autoimmune-associated skin conditions. Rafaeli said the combination of broader coverage and E360’s operational support is positioning clinics for long-term growth while ensuring patients receive consistent access to care.
By improving scheduling, insurance navigation, and patient engagement, STRATA aims to strengthen the economics of its XTRAC platform while helping clinic partners realize untapped market potential.
