PHILADELPHIA, PA — UBS announced that six advisors from its Southeast Wealth Management Region have been named to the 2025 Forbes America’s Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors list, a ranking that highlights rising talent in the financial services industry.
The Southeast region, led by Regional Director Julie Fox, includes advisors working across Florida, Washington, D.C., and Georgia. “These advisors represent the future of our firm and it is extremely gratifying to see them recognized on a national level,” Fox said. She noted that wealth management is becoming more complex as families look to plan across multiple generations, and emphasized that the honorees are well-positioned to meet those needs.
The UBS advisors recognized are:
- Worth Boyce, Hallandale Beach, FL
- James “Trey” Mahoney, Palm Beach Gardens, FL
- Nick Francia, Washington, D.C. (also ranked No. 1 in D.C. on the Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-in-State list)
- Kayvon Sarmadi, Washington, D.C.
- W. Austin Dodd, Atlanta
- Daniel Emerson, Atlanta
The Forbes/SHOOK Next-Gen ranking features 100 professionals nationwide who collectively manage approximately $256 billion in assets. To qualify, advisors must have at least four years of experience and be born in 1986 or later. The evaluation process considers both quantitative and qualitative factors, including interviews, compliance history, and revenue generation.
UBS officials said the recognition reflects the firm’s emphasis on developing the next generation of financial advisors and its focus on building client relationships that span lifetimes and multiple generations.
