OAKS, PA — SEI (NASDAQ: SEIC) announced it is working with IBM Consulting to expand the use of artificial intelligence and automation across its operations to improve efficiency and client service.

The company said the collaboration will include a review of its systems and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, process changes, and modernization.

SEI said the initiative is intended to streamline client interactions, reduce manual tasks, and support long-term growth through a data-driven operating model.

“As SEI enters its next phase of growth, investing in how we operate is just as critical as investing in what we deliver,” said Sean Denham, chief financial and chief operating officer of SEI.
