SeatGeek Partners with Philadelphia Union to Transform Fan Experience

NEW YORK, NY & PHILADELPHIA, PA — SeatGeek has announced a multi-year agreement to become the Official Ticketing Partner of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union, beginning with the 2026 season. This collaboration aims to redefine the fan experience at Subaru Park through SeatGeek’s innovative ticketing technology.

The Union will adopt SeatGeek’s Unify platform, a comprehensive box-office solution designed to manage ticket inventory and deliver personalized fan experiences using real-time analytics. Fans can look forward to an intuitive matchday experience featuring Rally, SeatGeek’s event-day tool that transforms tickets into personalized digital access points. Through Rally, fans will receive tailored services like navigation, exclusive merchandise offers, and event-day benefits for a seamless experience from arrival to the final whistle.

Fans will also have access to SeatGeek’s Seat Perks feature, which highlights premium seating options, including club access, food and beverage inclusion, and private entry, ensuring fans can easily explore and understand the value of upgraded experiences. Additionally, SeatGeek will add excitement to matchdays by upgrading standing room ticket holders to VIP seats during some games.

This partnership further expands SeatGeek’s presence in professional soccer, making the Union the ninth MLS franchise to join its roster. SeatGeek also serves as the ticketing partner for clubs in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), 20 clubs in the United Soccer League (USL), and globally, nearly half of England’s Premier League (EPL) and EFL Championship teams. Beyond soccer, SeatGeek partners with leading organizations across sports and entertainment, including teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, and Major League Baseball.

SeatGeek branding will feature prominently throughout Subaru Park on matchdays, including activations in the stadium plaza. The partnership signals a significant step forward in creating a fan-first ticketing experience that embraces innovation and enhances engagement for Union supporters.
