NEWARK, DE — Sallie Mae (Nasdaq: SLM), formally SLM Corporation, said its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders will take place June 16 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time in a virtual format.
The meeting will be open to shareholders who are on record as of the close of business on April 20, the company announced.
Sallie Mae said additional details about the meeting will be included in its proxy statement, which the company expects to file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in late April.
