WILMINGTON, DE — SageReport announced the launch of its report-writing platform designed for school psychologists, aiming to streamline the process of generating draft evaluation reports and reduce administrative workload.
The company said the platform is now available nationwide for individual practitioners and school districts following a preview at the NASP 2026 conference.
SageReport is intended to help users convert assessment data into structured draft reports more efficiently while maintaining control over final documentation, according to the company.
The launch comes as school psychologists face increasing caseloads, more complex evaluation requirements, and workforce shortages, conditions that have drawn federal attention and investment to expand the field.
SageReport said the platform is designed to improve workflow efficiency, support consistency in documentation, and produce reports using language intended to be accessible to parents and families.
Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Adrienne DiMatteo said the platform was developed to address time constraints and workload pressures faced by practitioners.
“School psychologists are being asked to do more than ever, often under significant time pressure,” DiMatteo said. “We built SageReport as professionals doing this essential work every day with technology tailored to our real-world needs.”
The company said the platform is already in use by school districts across the United States.
SageReport said key features include faster draft report generation, standardized documentation practices, and tools designed to improve communication with families.
The platform is available for purchase by individual practitioners and school systems, the company said.
