PHILADELPHIA, PA — Rush Street Gaming has named Scott Lokke as the new general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia, tapping a seasoned industry leader with more than three decades of experience in casino and hotel management.
Lokke most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of JACK Cleveland Casino. His appointment brings extensive experience across major markets, including Las Vegas, Cleveland, and multiple Midwest cities. Prior to his decade-long tenure at JACK Entertainment, Lokke held senior roles at Caesars Entertainment, including vice president of hospitality enterprise shared services.
“Having worked in Cleveland, Las Vegas and other major metropolitan areas, Scott is highly qualified to lead the Philly team,” said Tim Drehkoff, CEO of Rush Street Gaming. “His achievements in gaming operations, combined with his hospitality expertise in restaurants and entertainment, uniquely position him to build on Rivers’ success.”
Lokke’s background includes early leadership roles at luxury brands like the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Starwood Hotels, where he focused on food and beverage operations. He later transitioned into gaming, taking on key management roles at Harrah’s in St. Louis and Kansas City before ascending through the ranks at Caesars and JACK.
At Rivers Casino Philadelphia, Lokke will focus on driving operational excellence, strengthening community partnerships, and enhancing employee engagement.
“I’m thrilled to build on the strong foundation the team already has in place,” Lokke said. “I’m committed to leading the team in delivering exceptional experiences, results and engagement. It’s truly my honor to be part of this team.”
Lokke holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Park University in Kansas City. He has also served on several civic boards, including the Downtown Cleveland Improvement Corporation, the Cleveland Group Planning Commission, and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.
