Run Payments Launches Run Merchant to Simplify Payments Across Platforms

Business News

PHILADELPHIA, PA & TULSA, OK & CHICAGO, IL — Run Payments has introduced Run Merchant, a new application designed to unify credit card and ACH payment data across multiple gateways and processors into a single hub, giving merchants full visibility and control over their transactions.

The platform consolidates payment operations that are often fragmented across different systems, offering businesses real-time oversight, simplified dispute management, and advanced reporting tools. With Run Merchant, merchants can process payments through virtual terminals, hosted pages, or APIs, while managing chargebacks, repeat sales, and interchange optimization from one dashboard.

Early adopters include Chicago-based Echo Global Logistics, which cited improved efficiency in reconciliation and dispute resolution. “Run Merchant gives us real-time visibility into our payments ecosystem, streamlines reconciliation across our network, and simplifies chargeback dispute management — all in one platform,” said Peter M. Rogers, the company’s chief financial officer.

Run Payments co-founder and CEO Rob Nathan said the platform was built to address the growing complexity merchants face. “Too often, businesses, and the partners who support them, juggle multiple processors, gateways, and reporting tools. Run Merchant brings everything together in one orchestrated view, so they can act faster, resolve issues in real time, and focus more on growth,” he said.

Run Merchant integrates with leading processors including Fiserv, TSYS, CardPointe, Payroc, and iStream, while supporting both credit card and ACH payments. It also accommodates Visa’s updated Commercial Efficiency Data Program framework by enabling Level 2 and Level 3 interchange optimization.

For partners such as independent sales organizations, financial institutions, and software providers, Run Merchant connects seamlessly with Run Partner, the company’s merchant management hub, and can be embedded into third-party platforms via API.

The solution is also being deployed by Power Home Remodeling, which integrated Run’s payment tools into its internal technology platform. Dave Genet, senior vice president of corporate finance, said the system helps ensure a “streamlined and stress-free” customer experience.

With Run Merchant, Run Payments aims to simplify complex payment operations while positioning itself as a key technology provider for both merchants and their support networks.
