TINICUM TWP, PA — Midday lane closures are scheduled next week on westbound Route 291 (Industrial Highway), as crews install a mast arm pole tied to an ongoing bridge replacement project.

The work is part of a $26.5 million project to replace the aging bridges carrying Route 291 over Conrail tracks. The new structure will be wider and designed to accommodate two lanes in each direction, improved shoulders, and a future multiuse trail.
