Route 222 Bridge Inspection to Disrupt Travel Through Ephrata

EPHRATA, PA — Motorists traveling through Lancaster County should expect delays this week as PennDOT conducts a scheduled inspection of the Route 222 bridges spanning Route 322.

Weather permitting, the inspection will take place Tuesday, December 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. PennDOT said left-lane restrictions will be in place on Route 322 in both directions between the Route 222 on and off ramps.

The eastbound left lane will be closed from 9:00 AM to noon, followed by the westbound left lane closure from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
