KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar is marking Valentine’s Day with a one-night-only dinner celebration designed for couples and friends alike, offering a curated menu of Latin-inspired specials alongside its full dinner offerings.
The restaurant, located at 250 Main Street in the King of Prussia Town Center, will feature its Valentine’s Day dinner specials on Saturday, February 14, from 4 to 10 p.m., inviting guests to toast the occasion with elevated cocktails, seafood-forward starters, and indulgent entrées.
Among the featured drinks is the Kiss & Tell cocktail, made with citrus vodka, sparkling wine, triple sec, raspberry lemon purée, and mint. The Valentine’s menu opens with seafood empanadas filled with shrimp and blue crab meat, served with a Latin tartar sauce.
Entrée options include Filet Cazadora, described as grilled beef tenderloin medallions paired with sautéed wild mushrooms, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, crispy onions, and a Rioja red wine sauce. Seafood lovers can opt for Lobster a la Criolla, featuring butter-poached lobster meat served with plantain patacones, avocado, aji verde sauce, and salsa criolla.
The evening concludes with Pastel Romántico, a red velvet sponge cake layered with cream cheese frosting, mojito-macerated strawberries, and cherry sauce anglaise.
Paladar officials said the Valentine’s Day specials will be offered exclusively that evening, while the full dinner menu will remain available throughout service.
