PHILADELPHIA, PA — Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard has presented a $100,000 donation to the Eagles Autism Foundation, reinforcing a growing partnership aimed at expanding autism research, care, and support programs across the region and beyond.

The donation was formally recognized Tuesday, January 20, as Rita’s representatives joined foundation leadership alongside the Philadelphia Eagles’ mascot, SWOOP, to commemorate the contribution and spotlight the impact of community-driven fundraising.

The funds were raised through a combination of Rita’s Second Annual Golf Classic Tournament held June 23, in-store customer donations, and a series of local give-back initiatives throughout 2025, including participation in the Eagles Autism Challenge. Company officials said the effort reflects a yearlong commitment by franchisees, customers, and partners to support individuals and families in neurodiverse communities.
