LANCASTER, PA — RGS Associates has announced the promotion of engineers Bill Fredericks, PE, and Len Bradley, PE, to the position of Principal, marking a significant milestone for the firm as it continues expanding across Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
With more than 30 years of combined experience, Fredericks and Bradley have played pivotal roles in shaping the firm’s reputation for technical excellence, creative problem-solving, and collaborative client partnerships. Their elevation reflects both personal achievement and the company’s broader commitment to fostering leadership from within.
“Bill and Len have each made exceptional contributions to RGS through their leadership, technical skill, and ability to mentor others,” said Joel Snyder, RLA, Managing Principal at RGS Associates. “They’ve strengthened our client relationships and advanced complex projects with creativity and precision. Their promotions to Principal are well-earned and well-deserved.”
Fredericks, who has spent more than 15 years in land development, has led a range of projects including senior living communities, commercial developments, and industrial sites. He is particularly recognized for his skill in blending stormwater management into visually appealing and functional site designs. “Every project offers an opportunity to create spaces that work beautifully, for both our clients and the people who live, work, and play there,” Fredericks said. “It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that values both innovation and integrity.”
Bradley, also a veteran of more than 15 years in civil engineering, is a specialist in site design, stormwater systems, and permitting compliance. His expertise in hydrology and water resource management extends beyond the private sector — he currently serves as a Governor-appointed engineer on Pennsylvania’s Statewide Water Resources Committee and was recognized as Engineer of the Year in 2021 by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. “At RGS, our success comes from collaboration,” Bradley said. “Our culture is one where everyone from interns to principals works together to solve challenges and deliver quality results.”
As newly appointed Principals, Fredericks and Bradley will continue to lead major projects, guide client partnerships, and mentor emerging professionals within the firm. Their leadership reinforces RGS Associates’ mission to design creative, buildable, and environmentally responsible spaces that add long-term value to the communities they serve.
