NORRISTOWN, PA — ResultsCX has been recognized as an Innovator in Avasant’s CX Center Business Process Transformation RadarView Assessment for the second consecutive year, the company announced.
The recognition evaluates providers of customer experience management services based on capabilities, industry focus and technology integration, according to Avasant.
ResultsCX said the assessment cited its global expansion and sector growth through acquisitions, including Aucera in healthcare, Huntswood in banking and utilities, Zevas in B2B sales and fintech, and 60K Bulgaria to expand nearshore operations.
The report also noted the company’s development of Centers of Excellence focused on workforce management, process optimization, digital solutions and IT infrastructure.
