NORRISTOWN, PA — ResultsCX has appointed Gautam Thakkar as chief executive officer and a member of its board of directors, the company announced.
Thakkar succeeds Rajesh Subramaniam, whom the company credited with expanding its global operations and capabilities.
Thakkar brings more than 30 years of experience in business services and technology-enabled operations, according to the company.
He previously served as CEO of Unifi Aviation, where he led a multi-year operational transformation and oversaw significant revenue growth.
Earlier in his career, Thakkar was a founding leader of Infosys BPM and later served as its CEO, helping expand its global business process management operations.
ResultsCX provides customer experience management services to global clients, including companies in the Fortune 100 and FTSE 250.
Chairman Sanjay Jalona said the leadership change comes as the company prepares for further growth amid increasing use of automation and artificial intelligence in customer engagement.
“As AI and automation reshape customer engagement, ResultsCX is well positioned for its next phase of growth,” Jalona said.
Thakkar said he plans to focus on integrating digital and AI capabilities into the company’s operations.
“The opportunity is to embed AI thoughtfully into scalable operating models that deliver measurable outcomes,” he said.
ResultsCX said it has expanded its operations in recent years, including growth in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and an increased global delivery footprint.
