PHILADELPHIA, PA & FRANKFURT, Germany — Renovus Capital Partners announced that Niklas Kuhlmann has joined the firm as director of investor relations and capital formation for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Kuhlmann will lead the firm’s investor relations and fundraising efforts across Europe and Asia, supporting relationships with institutional investors in international markets, according to the company.
He previously held fundraising and business development roles at Selinus Capital, Hamilton Lane and DWS Group, where he worked with pension funds, family offices, insurance companies, banks, endowments and consultants across Europe.
Atif Gilani, founding partner of Renovus Capital Partners, said Kuhlmann’s experience will support the firm’s expansion in Europe and Asia.
Kuhlmann holds a master’s degree in corporate finance and banking from EDHEC Business School and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Maastricht University. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and is based in Frankfurt, Germany, the company said.
