Radius Global Names New Strategy Chief to Steer Next Phase of Growth

BALA CYNWYD, PARadius Global Infrastructure, Inc. has appointed Laura Fernandez as chief operating and strategy officer, a move aimed at sharpening the company’s strategic execution as demand accelerates across the global digital infrastructure sector.

The appointment was announced by Chief Executive Officer Scott G. Bruce, who said Fernandez will play a central role in shaping and executing Radius Global’s long-term growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, she will oversee global operations and strategy, identify new business opportunities, and align enterprise priorities to drive sustainable value creation.

Fernandez will be based in London and work closely with executive and senior leadership teams across all regions as the company expands its footprint serving network operators, tower companies, and other digital infrastructure customers.

Bruce said Fernandez brings a rare combination of operational leadership, financial expertise, and deep sector knowledge. He said her background working directly within the telecom and digital infrastructure ecosystem positions Radius Global to better align with customer needs while navigating an increasingly competitive and capital-intensive market.

Fernandez joins Radius Global with 25 years of international experience spanning Europe, Latin America, and North America. Most recently, she served as chief executive officer of Ontix, a UK-based private equity-backed digital infrastructure company. Her prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Telefonica, where she held positions such as finance director for operations and transformation and head of strategic planning at O2 in the United Kingdom. She also served as group financial controller and head of investments at Telefonica Europe and was appointed a non-executive director at Cornerstone.
