KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Radial Inc., a third-party logistics provider that plans to rebrand as paxon later this year, announced the launch of Commerce Solutions, a payments and fraud management offering aimed at helping retailers manage transaction processing and risk.
The company said the expanded portfolio provides managed payment orchestration and artificial intelligence-driven fraud prevention tools designed to centralize payment routing, provider management and risk controls.
Radial cited industry data showing e-commerce accounted for more than 16% of total U.S. retail sales in 2025, contributing to what it described as a more complex payments environment.
Tom Schmitt, chief executive officer of Radial, said retailers face shifting payment preferences and evolving fraud patterns.
“Brands need a way to support new payment experiences while maintaining consistent controls and visibility across the transaction lifecycle,” Schmitt said. “With Commerce Solutions’ modular approach, organizations can adopt the capabilities they need when they need them.”
According to the company, the platform is processor-agnostic and supports multiple payment service providers without lock-in. It includes automatic multi-processor failover, centralized tokenization and tools intended to increase approval rates while providing chargeback protection.
Radial said the offering incorporates AI-driven fraud decisioning across pre- and post-authorization stages and is designed to reduce or eliminate manual review. It also includes managed chargeback resolution services for both fraud and non-fraud disputes, as well as tax compliance support.
The company said the modular structure allows retailers to deploy payment orchestration, fraud prevention or both, and is intended to support emerging commerce models, including transactions initiated by AI systems.
