Quavo Fraud & Disputes

WILMINGTON, DE — Quavo Inc. said it has partnered with Apple Federal Credit Union to implement its QFD platform to manage fraud and dispute claims, aiming to automate processes and shorten resolution times.

The Wilmington-based financial technology company said Apple FCU will use the artificial intelligence-driven platform to handle disputes from initial intake through recovery and resolution.

Quavo said the system has been trained on more than 20 million cases and is designed to reduce manual workloads, improve processing times and support regulatory compliance as institutions scale.

According to the company, Apple FCU members will have access to a self-service dispute portal through online and mobile banking, real-time claim status updates and what Quavo described as faster resolution outcomes.

“Apple FCU shares our vision for creating smarter, more member-centric dispute processes,” Joseph McLean, chief executive officer and co-founder of Quavo, said in a statement.

Apple Federal Credit Union is headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.
