CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Quaker Houghton (NYSE: KWR) announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.508 per share.
The dividend will be paid on April 30, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 16, 2026, the company said.
Quaker Houghton develops and supplies industrial process fluids used in manufacturing industries including steel, aluminum, automotive, aerospace, and mining.
The company operates in more than 25 countries and employs approximately 4,700 people worldwide.
