QUAKERTOWN, PA — QNB Corp. (OTCQX: QNBC), the parent company of QNB Bank, announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per share.
The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2025, to shareholders of record as of September 12, 2025.
QNB Corp. provides commercial and retail banking services through 12 branches operated by its subsidiary, QNB Bank. The company’s stock trades on the over-the-counter market under the symbol “QNBC.”
