PHILADELPHIA, PA — Proscia has been named Global 2026 Best in KLAS for Digital Pathology in Europe, a top industry distinction awarded based solely on customer feedback and trust, underscoring the growing reliance on its Concentriq platform for diagnoses that guide patient care.
The recognition, issued by KLAS Research, reflects feedback from healthcare providers who use Concentriq as an enterprise digital pathology platform for primary diagnosis. Best in KLAS rankings are determined by evaluations across six customer experience categories, including product performance, operations, value, and long-term partnership.
“The Best in KLAS awards recognize the vendors who consistently deliver excellence through partnership with healthcare organizations,” said Adam Gale, chief executive officer of KLAS Research. “Winning this award means customers trust you to help them succeed in our rapidly changing healthcare landscape.”
Customer interviews cited by KLAS pointed to ease of use, workflow integration, and product reliability as key strengths of Concentriq. Laboratory leaders reported that the platform supports fast, intuitive diagnosis while fitting smoothly into existing clinical operations.
One laboratory director told KLAS that Concentriq is intuitive, well integrated into workflow, and fast, while another said Proscia demonstrates strong performance through open communication and by delivering requested features in new software releases.
KLAS reported that every Concentriq customer surveyed said they would buy the platform again and plan to continue using it long term, a level of loyalty that contributed to Proscia’s top ranking.
Proscia officials said the award reflects the platform’s ability to operate at enterprise scale, allowing health systems and laboratory networks to centralize pathology data across sites. Concentriq integrates with more than 15 laboratory information systems, including Epic Beaker, and supports third-party artificial intelligence tools across tissue types and clinical use cases.
“What I like most about Concentriq is that it is an open platform,” one physician told KLAS, while another director said the system integrates seamlessly with their laboratory information system and allowed flexible, phased implementation.
Proscia Chief Executive Officer David West said the recognition carries particular weight because it is based entirely on customer experience.
“Best in KLAS is meaningful because it comes directly from our customers,” West said. “Their trust in Concentriq for primary diagnosis at enterprise scale and their confidence in Proscia as a partner are the validation that matters.”
KLAS gathers input each year from thousands of healthcare organizations worldwide, using the results to benchmark vendor performance and highlight technologies that laboratories and providers say are delivering measurable value in patient care.
