PPB Capital Partners Expands Role of Board Member David Silvera

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — PPB Capital Partners said it has expanded the role of board member David Silvera as part of a partnership aimed at strengthening the firm’s organizational structure and long-term growth strategy.

The alternative investments platform, which connects wealth advisors to private markets solutions, said Silvera will work closely with the executive team to optimize decision-making frameworks, support hiring and retention strategies, and accelerate growth initiatives.

Silvera has served on PPB’s board since 2022 and has worked in asset management since 1990, according to the company.

“Over the past several years, Dave has been a pivotal member of our advisory board, offering deep insight and strategic advice that has allowed us to generate significant momentum,” Brendan Lake, founder and chief executive officer of PPB Capital Partners, said in a statement. He said Silvera will collaborate with senior team members to implement new structures and processes.

Silvera has held leadership roles at several asset management firms, including serving as president and managing partner at Lubert Adler Partners, head of alternative real estate asset management at ORIX Corporation USA, and chief operating officer and head of corporate development at Angel Oak Capital Advisors LLC.

At Angel Oak, he helped oversee growth in assets under management from approximately $3 billion to more than $20 billion across public and private strategies, according to the company.

Silvera also co-founded Rosemont Investment Partners, a private equity firm focused on minority investments in asset and wealth management companies, where he completed 26 investments and served on multiple portfolio company boards.

“PPB Capital Partners has built an excellent reputation and achieved significant milestones in the alternative investments landscape,” Silvera said in a statement. He said his focus will be on strengthening the firm’s competitive position and long-term strategy.

PPB Capital Partners is based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
