Power Home Remodeling Enters Jacksonville, Reaching 25 U.S. Territories

CHESTER, PAPower Home Remodeling is expanding into Jacksonville, Florida, adding its 25th territory nationwide and fourth in the state, alongside Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Orlando.

The company signed a 19,889-square-foot office lease at Cypress Point Business Park, 8120 Nations Way, Building 100, and will also operate from an 8,434-square-foot warehouse at the same site. Service has begun in Duval County with plans to move into surrounding areas. Offerings include energy-efficient windows, roofing, siding, gutters, doors, and attic insulation.

Jacksonville operations will be led by Joe Cox, vice president of customer development; Katherine Coyer, vice president of sales; and Mark Thieme, vice president of delivery.

The move extends POWER’s Florida presence and positions the firm to capture growing demand for energy-efficient home improvements across Northeast Florida while deepening its logistics capacity in the region.
