MIDDLETOWN, DE — Podcasting Morning Chat has named Ralph Estep Jr. as co-executive producer alongside founder and host Marc Ronick to support the show’s operational growth and long-term development, Ask Ralph Media Inc. announced.
The appointment formalizes a leadership partnership aimed at expanding the show’s audience, strengthening its infrastructure and developing monetization strategies, according to the announcement.
Estep first became involved with the show after attending the Empowered Podcasting Conference in September 2025, where he was introduced to the Podcasting Morning Chat community.
“As soon as I experienced the conference and the community Marc had built, I knew I had stumbled into something really special,” Estep said, citing the collaborative nature of the group.
Following the event, Estep began participating in the show’s daily discussions and later joined its rotating group of contributors.
According to the company, Estep’s role evolved as he identified opportunities to improve operational systems, expand reach and establish sustainable revenue strategies.
“Ralph didn’t just show up as a guest or a cast member. He started showing up every day looking for ways to help,” Ronick said. “He brought ideas, strategy, and a willingness to invest his time and energy into supporting the show and the community.”
Under the new structure, Ronick will continue to lead hosting and community engagement, while Estep will focus on business strategy, infrastructure and monetization.
“This partnership allows me to focus on what I do best, leading the conversation, hosting the show, and empowering podcasters,” Ronick said.
Estep said his focus will be on helping creators build sustainable business models tied to their content.
“My goal has always been to help creators build financially sustainable businesses around their content,” Estep said. “I’m excited to help strengthen the business side of it so Podcasting Morning Chat can continue to grow.”
The company said the leadership team plans to prioritize maintaining the show’s community-driven culture while refining its structure, expanding cross-platform distribution and developing revenue opportunities.

Ronick is a podcast producer with more than 20 years of experience and founder of both Podcasting Morning Chat and iRonick Media, as well as the creator of the Empowered Podcasting Conference.
Estep is a licensed accountant with more than 30 years of experience and founder of Saggio Accounting+PLUS. He also leads the Ask Ralph Media network, which the company said reaches more than 500,000 YouTube subscribers.
