PHILADELPHIA, PA — Peter N. Calcara, a veteran government relations strategist and vice president of government relations for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, has been named to City & State Pennsylvania’s annual Who’s Who in Government Relations list, a recognition reserved for the most influential figures shaping public policy and advocacy in the Commonwealth.
The honor places Calcara among a select group of lobbyists and advocates recognized for their role in legislative strategy, government affairs, and policy development across Pennsylvania. He will be formally recognized during a ceremony on January 28, 2026, at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts in Harrisburg.
