Calcara, a veteran government relations strategist and vice president of government relations for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, has been named to City & State Pennsylvania’s annual Who’s Who in Government Relations list, a recognition reserved for the most influential figures shaping public policy and advocacy in the Commonwealth.
