WILMINGTON, DE — Phreesia has been named to Becker’s Healthcare’s Top Places to Work in Healthcare for 2026, marking the company’s second appearance on the list, the company announced.
The annual recognition highlights hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that provide employee benefits, professional development opportunities and workplace practices aimed at engagement and retention.
Phreesia, a fully remote company, cited its approach to employee support, including compensation, flexible time off, home office resources and parental benefits.
Amy VanDuyn, senior vice president of human resources at Phreesia, said the company focuses on maintaining connection and professional growth in a remote environment.
“As a fully remote company, we stay focused on connection, growth and support so our teams can do meaningful work,” VanDuyn said.
The company also offers employee resource groups, wellness programs and community initiatives as part of its workplace strategy.
Becker’s Healthcare said organizations on the list “distinguish themselves as premier employers by supporting their teams in meaningful, holistic ways.”
Founded in 2005, Phreesia provides digital tools for patient intake, outreach and engagement.
The company said it supported approximately 170 million patient visits in 2024, representing about one in seven visits in the United States.
