WILMINGTON, DE — Phreesia announced it has been named to the 2026 Capterra Shortlist for appointment scheduling, a ranking based on user reviews and product visibility data.
The company said the shortlist is compiled using customer ratings and popularity metrics, including search frequency and online presence.
Phreesia received an overall rating of 4.3 out of 5 on Capterra, based on 166 user reviews.
“Recognition from Capterra is especially meaningful because it reflects feedback from customers who rely on our solutions,” said Chief Executive Officer Chaim Indig.
Phreesia was also included on four Capterra shortlists in 2025, including for patient engagement, according to the company.
Capterra’s shortlist methodology uses verified user reviews and online search data to identify software products within specific categories over a defined period.
Phreesia provides patient intake, outreach, and engagement tools for healthcare providers and related organizations.
The company said its platform supported approximately 170 million patient visits in 2024, representing about one in seven visits in the United States.
Phreesia, founded in 2005, offers digital tools designed to help patients schedule care, complete intake processes, and access educational resources.
