WILMINGTON, DE — Phreesia Inc. (NYSE: PHR) said Megan Turco, director of client experience for Phreesia Network Solutions, has been named to MM+M’s 2025 40 Under 40 list, a national recognition honoring rising leaders in healthcare marketing and communications.
The annual list highlights professionals shaping the future of medical marketing through leadership, innovation, and a focus on patient-centered engagement. This year’s honorees were selected for their measurable impact on industry practices and organizational performance.
Turco joined Phreesia in 2018 and has advanced through five increasingly senior roles, playing a central role in scaling the company’s client experience function. What began as a four-person team has grown into a department of more than 50 professionals that Phreesia describes as mission-critical to its life sciences business.
She currently leads a sales organization responsible for strategy and growth across more than 80 life sciences and agency clients. Under her leadership, the team has exceeded annual targets for four consecutive years, delivering double-digit revenue growth and launching engagement programs that have reached millions of patients.
Danielle Lynch, vice president of client experience at Phreesia, said Turco combines operational rigor with empathy and creativity, a mix she said has helped elevate both team performance and client relationships.
Phreesia Network Solutions President David Linetsky said Turco’s leadership reflects the company’s collaborative culture and has helped drive consistent execution across the sales organization. He said the recognition is widely shared across the team.
Client feedback has mirrored internal results. Phreesia said internal surveys show 95% of clients rate their client experience representative as very good or excellent, while 94% report receiving strong overall service. Turco is also recognized within the company for mentoring emerging leaders and reinforcing long-term client partnerships.
Turco said the honor reflects the collective effort of her team and its shared commitment to creativity, urgency, and purpose in improving patient engagement and outcomes.
