Philadelphia Works Welcomes Four New Board Members

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia Works, Inc. has announced the appointment of four distinguished leaders to its Board of Directors. Effective April 15, 2025, Stephanie Gambone, President & CEO of Junior Achievement of Southeastern PA; Hassan Charles, Director of Community Relations for Global Corporate Giving at Chubb; Louis Rodriguez, President and CEO of Rodriguez Consulting; and Antonio J. Burrell, General Counsel at Snipes USA, have joined the board to support the organization’s workforce development efforts.

The new appointments come as Philadelphia Works aligns its strategies with the vision of Mayor Cherelle Parker, focusing on creating economic opportunities and driving sustainable growth for the city. Each appointee brings a unique perspective and wealth of expertise to the organization. Stephanie Gambone is recognized for her work in preparing youth for economic success, while Hassan Charles has extensive experience managing workforce and philanthropic initiatives. Louis Rodriguez’s consultancy background brings vital insights for infrastructure and community development, and Antonio J. Burrell’s legal expertise strengthens the organization’s commitment to advancing equitable access in employment.
