Philadelphia Realtors Doubles Agent Network in First Year

Business News

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia Realtors said it has doubled the size of its vetted real estate agent network during its first year of operation, expanding its referral service across the city.

The company, which describes itself as brokerage-agnostic, said it evaluates agents across multiple Philadelphia firms using performance analytics rather than limiting referrals to a single brokerage.

According to the company, the service matches buyers and sellers with agents based on experience, track record and specialization at no cost to clients.

Founder Graham Huber said the goal is to guide clients to agents suited to their needs. “We work with exceptional agents across all Philadelphia brokerages because our mission is simple: match each client with the best agent for their unique situation,” he said.

The expanded network includes agents serving neighborhoods from Rittenhouse to Chestnut Hill. The company said agents are selected using performance metrics, client satisfaction scores and hyperlocal market expertise.

Philadelphia Realtors said its process begins when clients submit their needs online, after which the company identifies a suitable agent, typically within 24 hours. The service supports both local and out-of-state buyers.
