Philadelphia Police Investigate Gunpoint Robbery

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying three suspects wanted for a gunpoint robbery inside the 42nd Food Market.

Authorities stated that the incident occurred on February 21st, 2023, at around 11:30 AM. Three masked men entered the store and one of them, armed with a submachine gun, approached the counter and demanded money. The employee gave him several hundred dollars and then the men fled the scene.
