PHILADELPHIA, PA — One unforgettable night of food, music, and culture is set to bring Philadelphia together this spring, as dozens of the region’s top chefs and restaurants join forces for a cause that goes far beyond the plate.

The 14th Annual Garces Foundation Benefit will transform Live! Casino & Hotel into a vibrant, night market-inspired celebration on Thursday, April 23—offering guests a chance to experience the city’s culinary diversity while directly supporting Philadelphia’s immigrant community.

A Celebration of Food, Culture, and Community

Founded by Iron Chef José Garces and Dr. Beatriz Garces, the Garces Foundation has spent more than a decade providing essential services to immigrant families, including healthcare, dental care, English language classes, and digital skills training.

This year’s event, themed “One Delicious Evening, Infinite Impact,” blends that mission with an immersive, festival-style atmosphere. Guests can enjoy unlimited bites from more than 30 standout restaurants, alongside live Colombian music, folkloric dance performances, and an artisan market showcasing immigrant artists.

A Culinary Showcase Like No Other

The evening will feature a who’s who of Philadelphia’s dining scene, with participating restaurants including Amada, Buena Onda, Cantina Dos Segundos, Hardena, Little Fish, Mom-Mom’s Kitchen, Village Whiskey, Weckerly’s Ice Cream, White Yak, Wilder, and many more.
