PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom said it has been named a winner in the 2026 Lighthouse Tech Awards for Best Advance in Practical AI in the Talent Acquisition category, recognizing its use of artificial intelligence in hiring and workforce management.

The company said the award highlights its AI tools designed to automate recruiting processes and improve hiring outcomes for enterprise clients.

According to the Lighthouse Research & Advisory judging panel, one client using Phenom’s Voice Screening Agent reduced time to hire by 40% and increased the number of qualified job candidates fivefold.

Phenom said other client results include a home care organization that increased candidate screenings by 40% and hires by 21% after adopting its AI tools, while reducing time to offer by nearly one and a half days.

A global defense and technology company saved 15 hours per week per recruiter and reduced time to hire by 24%, generating $1.3 million in first-year return on investment, according to the company.

Phenom said a large health system used its Voice Screening Agent to screen 1,800 graduate nurses, reducing screening time by 60% and improving the candidate-to-hire ratio from 7:1 to 3:1.

The company said a logistics provider consolidated more than 200 career sites into 22 AI-enabled platforms, leading to a 40% reduction in time to hire and an increase in qualified applicants.

Phenom said its platform integrates multiple layers of AI technology to support workforce operations, including data standardization, analytics, and automation tools designed to assist recruiting and employee management.
