PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom will broadcast its HR Innovation Showcase on April 22 from its Philadelphia studios, offering a detailed look at artificial intelligence tools for workforce management, the company announced.
The virtual event will begin at 10 a.m. ET and is open to HR and IT professionals globally. It will highlight technology introduced at the company’s recent IAMPHENOM conference in Philadelphia.
The showcase will focus on AI infrastructure designed to support workforce operations at enterprise scale, including systems for governance, automation, and deployment.
According to Phenom, the agenda includes demonstrations of AI agent orchestration tools, fraud detection methods for hiring processes, and systems that analyze workforce skills and automate decision-making.
The program will also examine deployment models intended to reduce implementation timelines from months to weeks, along with training approaches aimed at accelerating adoption.
“Context is what separates AI that performs from AI that stalls,” said Kumar Ananthanarayana, vice president and general manager of product management at Phenom. “Every capability we’ve built gives organizations the context and control to deploy AI with deliberate intention across their workforce operations.”
The event is accredited by the Society for Human Resource Management and will include sessions on compliance oversight, workforce planning, and data-driven decision tools.
