PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom has opened three-day registration for its flagship IAMPHENOM conference, returning to the Pennsylvania Convention Center March 10–12. Billed as the only HR event dedicated entirely to applied AI and automation, the conference is expected to draw more than 3,000 professionals from across the talent ecosystem.
The event will feature over 100 speakers and more than 75 sessions focused on how organizations can use AI to accelerate hiring, improve workforce development, and strengthen retention strategies. Attendees will include HR executives, talent acquisition leaders, HRIT specialists, and technology partners seeking practical ways to navigate what Phenom calls a critical inflection point for the industry.
Jonathan Dale, Phenom’s vice president and general manager of global marketing, said the conference will give companies a clear roadmap for deploying AI in HR. “IAMPHENOM is the only conference for organizations to overcome HR’s current inflection point,” he said. “Over three full days, HR professionals will get an exact AI blueprint for hiring, development and retention.”
