Phenom Opens Nominations for 2026 HR Awards Celebrating AI-Powered Excellence

PHILADELPHIA, PAPhenom has opened nominations for its 2026 Phenom HR Awards, recognizing organizations and leaders who are transforming human resources through the strategic use of artificial intelligence and automation.

The awards spotlight measurable achievements in talent acquisition, management, and retention—areas where applied AI is rapidly reshaping how companies attract, develop, and engage employees. From shortening hiring timelines to improving workforce development, the program celebrates innovation that drives tangible business results.

The 2026 edition features an expanded lineup of categories to reflect the pace of change in AI-driven HR. Among them are honors for Best Use of AI, Employer Brand of the Year, Best Automated Onboarding Experience, and Top Talent Experience, as well as team-based awards recognizing excellence in talent acquisition, management, and HR technology integration. Individual leadership awards include Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year, CHRO of the Year, and Talent Marketer of the Year.

Open to Phenom customers worldwide, nominations will be accepted through November 10, 2025. Winners will be recognized at IAMPHENOM 2026, the company’s annual conference, held March 10–12, 2026, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
