The Phenom Marketplace allows partners to showcase complementary products and services, providing customers with streamlined access to tools that enhance talent acquisition and employee experience. The platform also supports deeper integration of partner technologies and services into Phenom’s ecosystem, accelerating adoption and expanding customer value.

In addition, Phenom introduced three partnership tiers aimed at aligning benefits with engagement levels:

  • Marketplace — Provides partners with visibility, foundational training, and self-managed listings.
  • Gold — Offers increased enablement and co-marketing opportunities, including account planning, event access, and dedicated partner support.
  • Platinum — Delivers strategic collaboration, executive alignment, quarterly business reviews, premium visibility at Phenom events, and joint marketing campaigns.

Phenom’s partner ecosystem includes technology leaders such as SAP, Workday, and UKG, as well as global consultancies like Deloitte. Kristin Starodub, a principal at Deloitte Consulting, said the collaboration combines strategy and intelligent technology to “help clients achieve a new level of efficiency as they hire, develop, and retain their employees.”

Technology providers are also leveraging the Marketplace to expand their reach. Vyond, an AI-powered video creation platform, joined the program to offer secure enterprise-grade solutions to HR teams. Jennifer Seith, senior vice president of channel strategy at Vyond, said the partnership “strengthens our joint go-to-market strategies and enables deeper alignment with customers who value secure innovation.”
