PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom said it has added a new slate of speakers to the agenda for IAMPHENOM 2026, a three-day human resources conference focused on applied artificial intelligence and automation, as interest accelerates in practical AI deployment across talent and workforce operations.
The event is scheduled for March 10–12 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and is expected to draw more than 3,000 attendees from across healthcare, retail, manufacturing, transportation, financial services, and technology.
Phenom said the second wave of speakers includes HR and talent leaders actively implementing AI agents, building skills-based workforce frameworks, addressing governance and compliance challenges, and integrating automation across recruiting and employee development functions.
Conference sessions will focus on real-world applications of AI in hiring, onboarding, employee growth, and workforce planning. Topics include improving candidate experiences, accelerating hiring through automation, personalizing career development with skills data, and managing ethical and regulatory considerations tied to AI adoption.
Newly announced speakers represent organizations such as Baylor Scott & White Health, Cincinnati Children’s, Clemens Food Group, Franciscan Health, Giant Eagle, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Manulife | John Hancock, Regions Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Southwest Airlines, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Truist, UAB Medicine, the University of Maryland Medical System, and Whataburger.
Danielle Dibner, executive director of global customer value at Phenom, said the speakers were selected for their willingness to share practical lessons from deploying AI in HR environments.
“What sets these speakers apart is their willingness to share what’s working and what’s not when it comes to AI and automation in HR,” Dibner said, adding that sessions will highlight trade-offs, obstacles, and implementation strategies that delivered measurable results.
Phenom said additional speakers will be announced in the coming weeks. Early registration discounts of up to 40 percent are available through January 31. More information on the agenda and registration is available at iamphenom.com.
