PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom announced that its AI & Automation Learning Lab will return to the IAMPHENOM 2026 conference with an expanded exhibit and a new Agent Center focused on agentic artificial intelligence in human resources.
The conference is scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday, March 10–12, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
The learning lab will feature more than 75 use cases demonstrating how artificial intelligence and automation tools can be applied across human resources roles and industries, the company said.
Phenom said the expanded lab reflects increased interest in using AI tools to support hiring, workforce development, and employee retention.
According to the company’s State of AI & Automation for HR: 2026 Benchmarks Report, 83 percent of organizations currently show low levels of AI and automation adoption in human resources, and 30 percent of HR professionals report limited knowledge of how to apply AI tools in recruiting and talent management.
The new Agent Center will demonstrate AI systems designed to assist recruiters and human resources staff by automating tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and talent sourcing.
Examples of the systems include agents designed to conduct initial candidate screenings, detect potential identity fraud in interviews, manage hiring intake meetings, and search for potential candidates across talent databases.
The learning lab will also include stations highlighting AI applications in areas such as recruiting campaigns, workforce planning, onboarding, employee development, and internal career mobility.
Phenom said the exhibit will include a maturity assessment center where HR leaders can evaluate their organization’s adoption of AI and automation tools.
Jonathan Dale, vice president and general manager of global marketing at Phenom, said the lab is intended to help organizations understand how AI can be applied to HR operations.
“The data makes clear that most organizations are still in the early stages of putting AI to work in HR,” Dale said.
