WILMINGTON, DE — PCA Global Ventures has partnered with Wilmington University to develop a company-wide artificial intelligence training program for employees, the company announced.

The program will be delivered through Wilmington University’s College of Professional and Continuing Education and is intended to train employees to apply artificial intelligence tools in daily business operations.

PCA Global Ventures said the training will include case studies based on company operations and is designed to help teams use AI tools to improve efficiency, decision-making and collaboration.

Adam Cohen, chairman and chief executive officer of PCA Global Ventures, said the initiative is part of the company’s workforce development strategy.

“By offering AI education across departments, we are closing skills gaps, fostering collaboration, and ensuring our people are equipped to responsibly and effectively enhance their careers while using emerging technologies,” Cohen said.

Wilmington University Senior Vice President and Chief Academic Officer Denise Wells said the program focuses on practical applications of artificial intelligence.

“It gives learners a strong foundation to use AI tools wisely and responsibly, and apply them in ways that support their day-to-day professional responsibilities,” Wells said.

PCA Global Ventures said the partnership is its first education collaboration with a local university.

The company is the parent organization of Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ardent Credit Services, Invenio Financial and The Estate Registry.

Those companies provide services including debt recovery, estate management and financial services for consumers and businesses.
