WILMINGTON, DEPCA Global Ventures has appointed Dr. Tia L. Jones as senior vice president and head of global project and change management, a newly created leadership role designed to drive enterprise-wide transformation across the company’s international portfolio.

PCA Global Ventures includes Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ardent Credit Services, Invenio Financial, and The Estate Registry, which operates the LegacyNOW, InheritNOW, NotifyNOW, and Settld platforms. Dr. Jones will oversee the continued development of the Project and Change Management Office, with a mandate to expand project execution capabilities, reinforce governance frameworks, and unify methodologies across global business units.

Reporting to Global Chief of Staff Saima Hassan, Dr. Jones will lead major initiatives that touch multiple departments and are expected to deliver measurable operational and financial results. Her appointment signals PCA’s intent to scale its operations while standardizing processes across its broad set of services.

She also brings experience in enterprise systemization, artificial intelligence applications, DEI programming, and organizational communication—skills PCA says will help position the company for its next phase.
