FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services is tightening its focus on expansion, naming longtime insurance executive Tom Rogers as chief sales officer to lead the company’s national sales strategy and new-business growth.
Rogers will oversee producer performance, sales infrastructure, and long-term growth initiatives across Patriot’s expanding network of agencies, as the company looks to sharpen execution and scale more efficiently.
He brings more than twenty years of experience in agency leadership, sales strategy, and operations. Most recently, Rogers served as chief executive officer of FBinsure, a Patriot partner agency, where he led enterprise strategy, improved operational alignment, and delivered strong financial results. Before that, he was chief growth officer, responsible for both organic and acquisition-driven expansion.
“After a wide-scale search, it became clear that Tom had the experience, mindset, and leadership style needed for this important role,” said Bill Donato, president of retail insurance at Patriot. “Tom is a proven agency builder and sales leader with a strong track record of driving organic growth, developing talent, and building accountable, high-performing sales cultures.”
Patriot said the position is aimed at more than near-term sales gains. Under Rogers, the company plans to continue investing in tools, training, and talent to build a scalable sales engine that supports its agencies while driving sustainable growth.
