FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services has appointed Darryl Siry as chief operating officer, bolstering its executive ranks as the insurance services firm pushes deeper into national expansion and operational modernization.
Siry brings more than 25 years of experience spanning insurance, fintech, technology, and enterprise operations. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at Cover Whale, a digital trucking managing general agent, where he led a broad operational overhaul that included rebuilding the company’s technology platform and driving service performance improvements.
Before that, Siry held senior leadership roles at SiriusPoint, where he served as executive vice president and global chief technology officer, and at ProSight Specialty Insurance as chief technology and operations officer. Across those roles, he focused on scaling complex platforms, integrating technology with operations, and supporting growth in highly regulated environments.
Patriot President John Galaviz said Siry’s background aligns closely with the company’s long-term strategy. He pointed to Siry’s track record modernizing systems and building scalable operational frameworks as key assets as Patriot continues to grow its network of partner agencies nationwide.
In his new role, Siry will work closely with Patriot’s executive leadership, regional teams, and agency partners to drive operational excellence, advance technology initiatives, and support sustainable growth across the organization.
Siry said he is joining Patriot at a pivotal stage in its development, citing the company’s nationwide footprint and strong agency relationships. He said his focus will be on strengthening operational capabilities that allow the organization to scale while maintaining service quality.
The appointment comes as Patriot Growth Insurance Services continues to expand through acquisitions and investments aimed at building a diversified, technology-enabled insurance services platform.
